Program Evaluation





A fundamental basis of the strategic planning process is identifying what services the church will provide.  The programs are the tactical component of the strategic plan that the Senior Pastor and his staff develop to deliver these services. (C/R Governance Manual, Article C2.2.5)




1.         Evaluation of programs and events is done by the Senior Staff at regular held staff meetings.





1.         The individual preparing the agenda for the staff meeting includes evaluation of any event held since the last meeting.


2.         The ministry leader responsible for that event completes a written evaluation (See Event Planning Sheet, see G3).


3.         Ministry leaders evaluate their programs on an on-going basis and discuss concerns at regular staff meetings or with the Senior Pastor individually.
